HIGH COURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH AT AMARAVATI Main Case: W.P. No. 29829 of 2026 PROCEEDING SHEET Sl. No. DATE ORDER OFFICE NOTE 13.10.2026 VN, J The Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents in not considering the case of the Petitioner for regularization as illegal and arbitrary. The Petitioner was appointed as a Part Time Junior Lecturer in Radio and TV (EET) Vocational Course in the Government Junior College, Kalyandurgam on 22.11.1993 and thereafter, the Petitioner was granted minimum time scale and Dearness Allowance in June 2002. While so, similarly placed persons as the Petitioner filed W.P. No. 24357 of 2020 for regularization before this Court, and this Court allowed the same on 13.11.2024 in terms of the Common Order in W.P. Nos. 5009 and batch, dated 18.10.2024. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner claims to be a similarly placed person as that of the Petitioner in W.P. No. 24357 of 2020. He further submits that though an appeal was filed against the Order passed in W.P. No. 24357 of 2020, dated 13.11.2024, no interim orders were passed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services would submit that the case of the Petitioner would be examined in terms of the Orders in W.P. No. 24357 of 2020 and an appropriate decision will 2 be communicated to the Petitioner. Heard the learned counsels. Considering the submissions made, there shall be an interim direction as under: i) The Respondent Authorities are directed to consider the case of the Petitioner for regularization in terms of W.P.No.24357 of 2020, dated 13.11.2024. Post on 31.11.2026 for filing Counter Affidavit by the Respondents. ______ VN, J eha
