Mr. Pushpinder Jaswal, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of respondents. 2. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia prayed for the following relief:- “a) Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing and setting aside the impugned office order dated 06-05-2026 issued by respondent No.2 whereby the petitioner has been ordered to retire on attaining the age of 58 years; b) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in service till attaining the age of 60 years, subject to final outcome of the proceedings pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court; c) In the alternative, direct the respondents to protect and release all consequential pensionary and retiral benefits of the petitioner by treating her age of superannuation as 60 years subject to final adjudication by the Hon'ble Supreme Court; d) Direct the respondents to maintain complete service records and consequential benefits of the petitioner in accordance with law.” 2. In light of the fact that the issue raised by the petitioner in this petition is pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Supreme 2 Court of India, as agreed, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the parties shall abide by the final judgment passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Satya Devi’s case.
