Petitioners have prayed in this writ petition for following relief:- For issuance writ(s) / order(s) / direction(s) in the nature of mandamus and commanding specially upon the respondents no.02 and 05 to dispose the matter about the mutation of the petitioner regarding the land bearing mauza Loykel p.s. Karra, khewat no.02 area 125.74 acre in which the respondent no.06 namely Sunita Devi, has submitted inquiry report vide order dated 12.09.2024 letter no.929 of the respondent no.02 and dated 27.09.2024 vide letter no.576 of the respondent no.05 but the since submission of the inquiry report about the aforesaid land not any action has been taken hence this writ petition is being filed. (ii) For issuance the status report of representation dated 01.09.2024 and dated 03.05.2025 which has been submitted by the petitioners before the respondents. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that the Circle Officer is not disposing of the representation of the petitioners for mutation. 4. Learned counsel for the State submits that if the matter is still pending the concerned officer will dispose of the same as early as possible. 5. Considering the aforesaid submission, I direct the portioners to approach the respondent No.5- Circle Officer, Karra with a fresh representation along with the copy of this order. Once the same is filed, the representation of the petitioners should be disposed of after hearing the parties preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipts of a copy of this order. 6. If the claim of the petitioners is rejected, reasoned order will be communicated to them within the aforesaid period. 7.
