CMP No.13921 of 2026 The instant application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed by applicant-Hem Raj for release of the awarded amount of compensation, lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. 2. As per the applicant, since the matter has been amicably settled between the parties before the Lok Adalat held on 13.12.2025, therefore, it is prayed that the awarded amount of compensation as settled between the parties and is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, may be released in his favour. The application is duly supported with the affidavit of the the applicant. 3. Learned counsel for the non-applicant/ respondent No.3, submitted that he does not want to file any reply to the application and has no objection in case the amount is released in favour of the applicant. 4. Heard. Having perused the averments made in the application, which are duly supported with the affidavit of applicant, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the awarded amount of compensation as settled between the parties before the Lok Adalat and is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, in favour of the applicant after proper verification and identification by remitting the same to his bank account, details whereof have been given in para-4 of the application. 5.
