ORDER 01.06.2026 01. The petitioners are aggrieved of the order dated 21.04.2026, whereby the Registrar, Special Tribunal J&K, Srinagar was directed to appear before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, (in short “the Tribunal”) Srinagar on 05.05.2026. 02. It is submitted by Mr. Ab. Rashid Malik, learned Sr. AAG appearing for the petitioners that the Registrar, Special Tribunal J&K appeared before the Tribunal on the said date, but the Tribunal has again directed the presence of the said Officer on the next date of hearing i.e tomorrow (02.06.2026). He further submits that the petitioners have passed a detailed consideration order in compliance to the judgment in its letter and spirit. He has further drawn the attention of this Court towards the observations made in order dated 29.08.2025 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Nuzhat Shafi I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document 01.06.2026 15:42 which one of us (J- Rajnesh Oswal) was member, wherein it was observed that, “In terms of impugned order passed by the learned Tribunal, the petitioners have only been directed to consider the release of the legitimately earned salary in favour of the respondent”, to assert that the direction was only to consider the release of the legitimately earned salary in favour of the respondent and as the detailed order has already been passed, the Tribunal be directed to consider the same. 03. In view of above, we dispose of this writ petition with a request to the learned Tribunal to consider as to whether the consideration order passed by the petitioners has resulted in compliance of the order passed by the learned Tribunal, in light of the observations made by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in its order dated 25.08.2025. 04.
