ORDER:
1. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for both sides is present. Learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present transfer civil miscellaneous petition and the same is also endorsed on the affidavit of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent also reported no objection.
2. Heard learned counsel for the appearing for both sides.

4. Accordingly, the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
