1. Heard Mr. Rajesh Kumar Gautam, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. representing the State and perused the record.
2. The instant application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Case No. 115 of 2026 (Durgawati Vs. Harendra Kumar), under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C./144(3) of B.N.S.S., Police Station Raya, District Mathura, pending in the court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Mathura, within stipulated time.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the present case is pending and the same has not culminated to its logical conclusion.
4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant.
5. In view of the above, it is directed that the learned trial court concerned shall make all endeavour to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
