Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition was filed seeking release of the petitioner on remission, however, during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner has already been released. Therefore, the petition has become infructuous. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/State admits the aforesaid fact. 5.
