Learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 4 has produced the proceedings of the District Collector dated 27.02.2026 granting permission to re-locate the shop to the aforesaid place. He submits that there is provision of appeal under Rule 9A of the Tamil Nadu Liquor Retail Vending (in Shops and Bars) Rules, 2003. 3. In view of the efficacious alternative remedy of appeal available to the petitioner, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
