JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22600 WP No. 12913 of 2026 ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seek the following reliefs: “a) Issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to regularize the employment of the petitioner; b) Direct the respondent to make the petitioner to entitle regular pay scale like other regular employees; and. c) Grant such other further relief's as this Hon’ble court deems fit in the interest of justice.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation at Annexure – F dated 27.11.2017 submitted to the respondent No.3 has not been considered so far by respondent No.3 nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of present petition. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider their representation at Annexure – F dated 27.11.2017 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
