Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 27.06.2026 issued by the Executive Engineer, Kalpa Division, HP PWD Kalpa and copy of office order dated 05.07.2025 passed by the Engineer-in-Chief, HP PWD, Shimla-2, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order dated 05.07.2025 reveals that the representation made by the petitioner for correcting his date of birth has been rejected. Since this Court had only given the direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 dated 19.12.2024 (Annexure P-8), which has now been decided and the claim of the petitioner has been rejected, the mandate contained in the judgment dated 14.05.2025, passed by this Court in CWP No.4727 of 2025, titled Dhan Bahadur vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors., has been complied with and nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail appropriate remedy to challenge the order dated 05.07.2025 passed by the Engineer-in-Chief, HP PWD, Shimla-2, in accordance with law. 3.
