Respondent no.3 is directed to take action on petitioner's bill claiming the outstanding ₹3,53,940/-. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy bill to said respondent. Within three weeks thereof there be action taken for sanction, payment and disbursement of the outstanding or good reason to inform petitioner to dispute the claim, or any part thereof. 4.
