ORDER Date : 31.08.2026 Heard Shri G. Jini, learned counsel for the applicant, who by means of this application, has prayed for amendment in the connected writ petition, WP(C) 412/2026. It is submitted that, inadvertently, the interim prayer has been left out in the connected writ petition. Also heard Shri K. Loya, learned CGC for the respondents, who has, however, submitted that the interim prayer would amount to the final prayer. Be that as it may, in the interest of justice, the I.A. stands allowed by permitting the applicant to amend the connected writ petition by incorporating the interim prayer.
Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner is, accordingly, required to file the amended writ petition within a period of one week from today. The writ petition may be listed immediately thereafter. Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.
