By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 The Hon'ble court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus commanding respondent nos. 1 and 2 intiate action / inquiry on the application/complain 3 submitted by the petitioner dated 22.02.2022 and dated 08.03.2022. 10.2 The Hon'ble court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus commanding to the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to seize the bank account which is opened on the name of Ashirwaad Welfare Society and operating by Deepak Gwalani, Vijay Prithvani and Ravi Prithvani. 10.3 The Hon'ble court is pleased to issue writ of mandamus commanding to the respondent no 1 to initiate inquiry against the respondent no. 3 and 4 for cheating with petitioner and state government for non payment of GST and requisite tax and recover the same from them. 10.4 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be awarded to the petitioner including the cost and expenses of this petition.” 2.
