The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hiranpur PS Case No.73 of 2025, for offence registered under section 126(2), 115(2), 74, 76, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and section 3 and 4 of Prevention of Witch (DAIN) Practices Act, pending in court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pakur. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the alleged occurrence is said to be dated 23.6.2025 wherein the FIR has been lodged on 11.7.2025 and there is dispute with regard to the property and the petitioner and the informant are neighbour. He also submits that the petitioner has approached district administration with regard to the said dispute by way of annexure-2 series. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the 2026:JHHC:2576 2 allegations are there of man-handling the informant. 5. Annexure-2 series are the documents which suggest that the petitioner has approached district administration by way of filing petition relating to said dispute and the alleged occurrence is said to be dated 23.6.2025 wherein the FIR has been lodged on 11.7.2025, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within four weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pakur, in connection with Hiranpur PS Case No.73 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
