The time spent in prosecuting this petition from 27.10.2023 till this date has to be excluded in computing the limitation period, if any. 5. As far as the prayer to direct the respondents to consider the representations at Annexures- L, M and N are concerned, the Court is of the view that if the said representations are not yet considered, same shall be considered in accordance with law and appropriate orders/endorsement shall be issued to the petitioner. 6. The exercise shall be completed within 45 days from today. 7. It is made clear that the Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
