2. It is submitted that during the pendency of the Civil Revision Petition, being CRP No. 17(AP)/2018, the sole respondent, Smti. Gotam Gongam Geyi, passed away. It is submitted that the right to sue survives against the legal heir of the respondent.
3. By filing this Interlocutory Application, the applicant seeks substitution of the name of the respondent, Smti. Gotam Gongam Geyi (since deceased), by her legal heir.
4. Mr. Sora, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that Shri Nyago Geyi is the husband and legal heir of the sole respondent, Smti. Gotam Gongam Geyi (since deceased), and prays for substitution of his name in CRP No. 17(AP)/2018.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also in the interest of justice, the Interlocutory Application for substitution is hereby allowed.
6. The applicant is directed to file the amended cause title, substituting the name of the deceased sole respondent, Smti. Gotam Gongam Geyi (since deceased), by the name of her husband, namely, Shri Nyago Geyi.
7. In view of the above, this Interlocutory Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
