JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs: “ a) Issue a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to pay 300 days of earned leave encashment benefits to the petitioner by considering the representation dated 24/11/2025 made by the petitioner vide annexure e to the writ petition under the facts and circumstances of the case or b) pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity." 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for respondent No.1 and learned counsels for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representations dated 24.11.2025, at Annexure-E submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by respondents nor any order has been passed on the same. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representation dated 24.11.2025, at Annexure-E and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
