Khiangte, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 3 & 4. By way of this interlocutory application, the applicants are seeking impleadment of Dr. Krashnendra Singh, the Chief Engineer, Border Road Task Force (BRTF), Project Pushpak Page No.# 3/3 GREF, C/o 99 APO as respondent No. 5 in the connected Cont.Cas.(C) No. 4/2025. It appears that during pendency of the connected contempt petition, the respondent No. 2 has been transferred out from the post of Chief Engineer, Border Road Task Force (BRTF), Project Pushpak GREF, C/o 99 APO and in his place, Dr. Krashnendra Singh has been transferred and posted. In view of the aforesaid development, the presence of the new incumbent to the subject post is necessary and essential for effective adjudication of the connected contempt petition. Accordingly, the prayer for impleadment stands allowed. Dr. Krashnendra Singh, the Chief Engineer, Border Road Task Force (BRTF), Project Pushpak GREF, C/o 99 APO be impleaded as respondent No. 5 in the connected contempt petition. Let an amended cause title be furnished to the Registry for doing the needful. With the above observation and direction, the instant interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of.
