IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI W.P.(T) No. 3294 of 2026 ----- M/S. Shree Krishna Traders, through its proprietor Sri Ajay Kumar Agarwal .......... Petitioner. -Versus- The Commissioner (Appeals), Central Goods and Services Tax & Central Excise & Ors. .......... Respondents. ----- CORAM : HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH SHANKAR ----- For the Petitioner : Mr. Shubham Choudhary, Advocate For the Respondents: Mr. Amit Kumar, Sr. S.C. (GST) ----- Order No.03 Date: 14.05.2026 1. Mr. Shubham Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner, mentions the present writ petition, which was disposed of vide order dated 13th May, 2026, by pointing out an inadvertent error that has crept in the said order. 2. The order as stands, is capable of being interpreted as leave being granted to withdraw the petition but without liberty to avail of the alternate remedy. The sentence about liberty appears to have been inadvertently omitted. 3. Accordingly, we correct our order dated 13th May, 2026 by substituting the existing paragraph no.2 with the following:- “2. Accordingly, leave is granted and this petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.” 4. The above correction to be carried out in the original order dated 13th May, 2026 and the order be uploaded on the website. 5. The motion for orally speaking to the merits of the order dated 13th May, 2026 is disposed of. (M. S. Sonak, C.J.) (Rajesh Shankar, J.) 14th May, 2026 Sanjay/Rohit Uploaded on 15.05.2026
