The applicant seeks for regular bail in connected with FIR No.191/2025 for the offence punishable under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 registered at police station Greater Kailash-I, Delhi. 2. The prosecution story would indicate that the present applicant was the main person, who tied hands of the complainant and locked her in bathroom. The present applicant along with other accused persons took away wrist watches, valuable ornaments, cash and mobile phone from the complainant’s home. They also damaged mobile phone of the complainant. 3. The victim Ms. Malvika Kapoor, who appears through video conferencing, submits that the present applicant was the main culprit.
