On the objection raised by counsel for the State that the order under challenge in this writ petition is the order dated 13.04.2026, whereby the petitioner has been suspended under Rule 9 of the CCA Rules, 1966, the petitioner has an efficacious alternate remedy of appeal under Rule 23 of the Rules, 1966. 2. After arguing for some time, counsel for petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw this writ petiton with liberty to avail alternate remedy available, under the law. 3.
