JUSTICE MINI PUSHKARNA O R D E R % 24.07.2026 1. The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 18th May, 2026, passed in W.P.(C) 6800/2026. 2. By way of the aforesaid order dated 18th May, 2026, this Court had directed respondent no. 2 herein to decide the application of the petitioner with regard to verification of the illegal and forged registry, within a period of four weeks. 3. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for the respondents. This is a digitally signed order. Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 and 2 submits that a notice for personal hearing has been issued to the petitioner upon the complaint filed by him, and the matter is listed before the concerned official today, for the said hearing on the complaint of the petitioner. 5. He further submits that the complaint of the petitioner shall be disposed of with a speaking order, within a period of six weeks, from today. 6. Accordingly, the respondents are held bound by the same and it is directed that the respondents shall consider and pass a speaking order on the complaint of the petitioner, within a period of six weeks, from today. 7. The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned official with all the relevant documents. 8. Needless to state, in case, the petitioner is still aggrieved by any non- action on the part of the respondents, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present petition. 9.
