This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for granting Anticipatory bail to the petitioner, namely, Mofidul Hussain, in Page No.# 2/2 connection with Belsor P.S. Case No. 25/2026 under Section 3 (5)/ 316/ 318 (4) BNS Act, 2023. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is working in a bank, and has, however, not been arrested till date. He apprehends that the arrest may follow shortly and accordingly she has submitted that the petitioner would cooperate with the investigation. 4. The CD as called for has been received. I have perused the same. 5. The petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer to cooperate with the investigation on or before 11.09.2026. Upon his appearance, in the event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Authority/Investigation Officer. 5. It is made clear that the protection has been granted to the petitioner only on the condition that he appears on or before 11.09.2026.
