The present application has been filed by the second accused in Crime No.53 of 2026. According to the prosecution, the petitioner intimidated the police officials and also obstructed them from discharging their official duties. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) further submitted that the petitioner has two previous cases and that the co-accused is a history- sheeter. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. In such view of the factual position, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. 5.
