The case of the petitioner is that, a larger extent of property in Sy.No.15/1 of Vasanthapura, Uttarahalli Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk belonged to her late father and after his demise there has been a partition amongst his legal representatives and the petitioner has got a share of 5 guntas of land and she has requested the respondents to grant her a khatha in respect of the said 5 guntas of land after bifurcating the larger property. However, as the same has not been done, the present petition is filed with the following prayers: - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13678 WP No. 7424 of 2026 "1. ISSUE A WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the Respondent's to consider the representation dated 05-02-2026 vide Annexure-E, 2. Consequently direct the Respondents to effect Bifurcation of land measuring 5 guntas from Original Sy.No.15/1 situated at Vasanthapura, Uttarahalli Hobli-4, Bengaluru south Taluk, Bengaluru and issue separate khatha for 5 guntas, 3.
