Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The applicant, who is in custody since 11.10.2025, has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Lohsinghna P.S. Case No.151 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 22(c) of the NDPS Act and Section 27(b)(ii) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, pending in the court of learned District & Sessions Judge -cum- Spl. Judge NDPS Act, Hazaribag. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that complete set of F.I.R along with its enclosures have been annexed with the present bail application and there is no suppression on his/ her part. Innocence of the applicant has been claimed and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. It has been submitted that this applicant has been wrongly implicated in the present case. It has further been submitted that though this applicant has criminal antecedents, but in four cases he has been granted bail and in two cases, he has been acquitted. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been made. 4. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Considering the fact that it is a case under narcotics and further, this applicant has criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, at this stage.
