Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/ quash the impugned relieving order Dated 19.01.2026 issued by the Principal, Government Babu Chhotelal PG College Dhamtari, District Dhamtari (Annexure P/1). 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/ quash the impugned rejection order Dated 09.09.2024 issued by the Under Secretary, Higher Education Department (Annexure P/2) 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/ quash the impugned transfer order dated 26.02.2024 (Annexure-P/3) issued by Under Secretary, Higher Education Department; 10.4 To kindly grant any other writ/ writs, order/ orders, relief/ reliefs in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is holding the post of Assistant Professor (Chemistry) and posted at Govt. Babu Chhotelal Post Graduation College, Dhamtari, District – Dhamtari. After the order of relieving of petitioner, Principal of petitioner has forwarded a request letter to respondent no. 1 that petitioner may not be transferred to other place as it may cause inconvenience in holding the examination, which till date is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 2 to take decision on the application forwarded by Principal of the said college at the earliest. 3 / 3 3. Learned counsel for respondent – State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, she is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, without entering into merits of the case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent no. 2 to consider and take decision on letter forwarded by respondent no. 4 on 21.01.2026 Annexure P-19 objectively, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 02 weeks from the date of receipt of the Order. 5.
