23.07.2026
1. The present Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeks directions to be issued to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North-West, Rohini Courts, Delhi [“Family Court”], in Execution Petition being Ex.53/2025 [“Execution Petition”] for expeditious disposal.
2.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that the next date of hearing in the aforesaid Execution Petition is fixed for 10.08.2026 before the learned Family Court.
3. This Court is conscious of the fact that it is not fully aware of the board position before the learned Family Court. At the same time, it is also mindful that the Family Courts are heavily burdened with matters. In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to issue any mandatory directions. 4. However, the learned Family Court is requested that, subject to its board position and convenience, it may endeavour to take up Execution Petition No. Ex. 53/2025 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as may be practicable.
5. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present Petition.
6. Leave, as prayed for, is granted.
7. Accordingly, the present Petition, along with all pending application(s), if any, stands dismissed as withdrawn.
