The only prayer pressed by the Petitioner is for release of the detained gold articles, namely one gold chain and one gold kada, having a total weight of 232 grams, for re-export. 2. The Petitioner claims that the Revisional Authority, vide order dated 23.06.2026, has dismissed the Revision Application and affirmed the order passed by the Appellate Authority. The Appellate Authority had directed release of the detained gold chain and gold kada for re-export subject to payment of redemption fine of Rs.2,00,000/- along with penalty of Rs.1,40,000/-. 3. The Petitioner submits that he is willing to deposit the redemption fine and penalty as directed by the Appellate Authority. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the Department may seek to challenge the order passed by the Revisional Authority. 5.
