ORAL ORDER
1. A joint memo is filed by the learned counsel for both the parties. Contents of the joint memo reads as under:
" The petitioner and the respondents have settled the disputes amicably and the respondent has agreed to receive full and final settlement for a sum of Rs.4,05,000/- amount. That the petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs.2,05,000/- on 07.09.2022 before the 15th Addl. CMM at Bengaluru City.
It is submitted that, the petitioner is agreed to pay the remaining amount of Rs.2.00 lakhs the following below mentioned dates for which the respondent is agreed to receive the same.

a. The petitioner is ready to pay Rs.1,00,000/-(rupees One Lakh by way of DD in favour of the respondent on 25.06.2026).
b. The petitioner is ready to pay Rs.1,00,000/-(rupees One Lakh by way of DD in favour of the respondent on 25.07.2026).
It is submitted that, both the petitioner and the respondents have agreed the above terms and this Hon'ble Court may kindly pass orders as per the above terms and conditions, in the interest of justice and equity."
2. Placing the joint memo on record, the following
Order:
ORDER (i) Criminal Revision Petition stands disposed off. (ii) Amount in deposit is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification. (iii) It is made clear that if the compensation amount as agreed in the joint memo is not paid, the petitioner shall undergo imprisonment
