In view of the supplementary affidavit filed by the applicant on 20.06.2026, the prayer is partly allowed, by directing the Jail Authorities to take the applicant to HDFC Bank, located at Gagret, SBI Bank, Gagret, PNB Gagret, District Una, H.P., as well as, to the office of Excise and Taxation Department, North Zone/North Enforcement Zone, Headquarters located in Berachah, Palampur, H.P., in the police custody. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? The Jail Authorities are directed to take the applicant to the local banks, situated at Gagret on 06.07.2026 and to the office of Excise and Taxation, Department, Berachah, Palampur, H.P. on 08.07.2026. 3. The Jail Authorities are also directed to take him in proper custody at 10:00 AM and after doing the needful, he be again lodged in the judicial custody, on the same day. 4.
