Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the allegations are made that the petitioner has withdrawn Rs.1,15,000/- of the scheme under Prime Minister Awas Yojna and has constructed the house at different place and not at the place where the house was sanctioned. He next submits that this is a case of retaliation as the petitioner has filed WP(PIL) No.4709 of 2025 for the irregularities which was going on in the same scheme.
4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that there are allegations of not constructing the house in the prescribed place and in view of that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected.
