It is the grievance of the petitioner that though he has filed an application on 25.09.2000 which is numbered as 445, seeking regularization of unauthorized occupation of a residential site in Sy.No.29 of Immadihalli, Hagadur Ward, K.R.Puram Hobli, Bangalore East Taluk, measuring 20x25 feet, the respondent - Tahsildar, and the Chairman of the Committee - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11474 WP No. 35638 of 2025 for Regularization of Unauthorized Occupation have not considered the application and no orders have been passed till date. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to respondent No.1-Tahsildar, Bangalore East Taluk Taluk, to verify from the records as to whether such application filed by the petitioner in the year 2000 is pending consideration. If it is found that such an application was indeed filed by the petitioner and the application is yet to be considered, the Tahsildar is directed to place before respondent No.3-Committee for Regularisation of Unauthorised Construction, the application along with his recommendation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the Committee shall consider the said application and pass necessary orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months.
