GP FOR IRRI AND CAD The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAVI CHEEMALAPATI WRIT PETITION NO: 9098/2026 ORDER: Heard Sri B.Sudakar Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Satish Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation and Sri Venkata Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue collectively submitted that, the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 16.11.2023 in Writ Petition No.28148 of 2023 following W.P.No.11333 of 2020 which is placed on record and prayed to pass order on the same lines. 3. Taking into consideration the submissions of both the learned counsel and following the above said order and for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition also stands disposed of in terms of the orders referred supra. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of setting aside the proceedings issued by the 5th respondent vide its Roc.No.459/R&R/2025 dated .08.2025 while directing the 5th respondent to pass reasoned order afresh, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, uninfluenced by the observations made in the order referred supra. There shall be no order as to costs. 5. Registry is directed to append a copy of the order in Writ Petition No.11333 of 2020 to this order.
