Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of office order dated 18.05.2026, passed by the Managing Director, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Shimla-171003. The same is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the same reveals that the case of the petitioner has been considered and rejected. 3. This Court while passing the order on 09.09.2025, in CWP No.13987 of 2025, titled, Subhash Chand vs. Himachal 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Road Transport Corporation & Anr., had given the directions to the respondents to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-6) within a period of six weeks’ in light of the decision passed in CWP No.3097 of 2014, titled, Devender Chauhan vs. Himachal Road Transport Corporation and another. 4. Since the mandate contained in the judgment has been complied with and the representation made by the petitioner has been decided, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
