This MCC has been filed for restoration of TPC No.99/2025, which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 11.08.2025. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to some personal difficulties, he could not appear on the date of hearing. He further submits that the reason for his non-appearance is bona-fide, therefore, this MCC may be allowed and TPC No.99/2025 may be restored to its original number. 6. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant. 7. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the memo of MCC, which is well supported by an affidavit, the present MCC is allowed and the impugned order dated 11.08.2025 is recalled. Registry is directed to restore TPC No.99/2025 (Smt. Purnima Nirmal vs. Vikash Nirmal) in its original number. 8. Accordingly, this MCC is allowed. 9.
