Application is disposed of. REVIEW PET.142/2026 in W.P.(C) 2846/2026 3. The present review petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking review of the order dated 27th February, 2026. 4. Vide order dated 27th February, 2026, the Court had directed that since there was no photograph to show that the Petitioner was operating any patra shop near Omaxe Mall, Bapu Market, Chandni Chowk, Delhi, the writ petition was not liable to be entertained. Further, the Court had also directed as under: This is a digitally signed order. If there are any other documents that the Petitioner seeks to rely upon, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach the Assistant Commissioner of the concerned Zone of MCD in this regard. If any fresh documents are filed which show that the Petitioner has any rights, the same shall be processed in accordance with law.” 5. As can be seen from the above order, if there were any further documents that the Petitioner was to rely upon, she was free to approach the concerned Assistant Commissioner, MCD. 6. Today, certain documents such as provisional CoV have been placed on record by the Petitioner. 7. Let the provisional CoV along with the additional documents annexed with this application be presented before the Assistant Commissioner, MCD, City-SP Zone Ward-84-N on 15th April, 2026 at 11:30 AM. 8. On the aforesaid date, the Petitioner shall appear with her documents and after considering the same, the concerned Assistant Commissioner shall take a decision in accordance with law. 9. All the rights, contentions and legal remedies of the Petitioner are left open. 10. The review petition is disposed of in the above terms. No further orders are called for in the matter. PRATHIBA M.
