JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:- “(a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction directing the Respondents to consider the representations dated 11.08.2025 and 15.10.2025 - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:17603 WP No. 9818 of 2026 herewith produced as Annexures-N, N1, N2, N3, N4, N5, N6, N7, N8 and N9. ‘(b) Release the balance retirement benefits of Rs.47,72,647/- payable to the Petitioner including DCRG and other consequential benefits along with interest as per Letter dated 05.09.2024 written by Deputy Director (Administration), Office of Deputy Director i.e., Fourth Respondent vide Annexure-L. (c) Issue of any other writ, order or directions, as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant in the circumstances of the case, including the costs of this Writ Petition, in the interest of Justice and equity.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representations dated 11.08.2025 and 15.10.2025 at Annexures-N, N1, N2, N3, N4, N5, N6, N7, N8 and N9 submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representations. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representations dated 11.08.2025 and 15.10.2025 at Annexures-N, N1, N2, N3, N4, N5, N6, N7, N8 and N9 and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision bearing in mind Annexure-L, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
