Godda, District- Godda (Jharkhand). … Respondents. ------- CORAM : SRI ANANDA SEN, J. ------ For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Shadab Bin Haque, Advocate Mr. Ankit Apurva, Advocate For the Respondents : Mr. Baibhaw Gahlaut, AC to AAG-V ------ 02/ 12.05.2026: By filing this writ application, the petitioner prays for a direction upon the respondent No.6 to forthwith carry out proper, lawful and final demarcation of the land situated at Mouza Rampur, Khata NO.41, Thana No.302, Plot No.247, measuring an area of 2 acres, District Godda, which has been settled in favour of the deceased husband of the petitioner. 2. It is the State, who has given the land to the petitioner’s husband who was an ex-army personnel for his livelihood. The land, which the State has allotted has not been demarcated by the State. 3. Thus, I direct the Circle Officer, Godda to demarcate the boundary of the land, which the State had allotted to the husband of the petitioner in terms of Annexure-5 of this writ petition. 4. The Deputy Commissioner, Godda will give all necessary support to the Circle Officer, Godda so that the land can be demarcated. 5. It is expected that the entire process should be concluded within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
