Vide order dated 22nd May, 2026, directions had been issued to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”) to take action against the unauthorised construction, as existing in the property No. 220, measuring 80 Sq Yds, Block, FA. Tagore Garden, New Delhi-110027. 3. In response to the present petition, learned counsel appearing for the MCD has handed over to this Court an order dated 02nd June, 2026, passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Appellate Tribunal MCD (“ATMCD”) in A.
