Motor and Auto Agencies Private Limited, as per compulsory registration of vehicles under Chapter IV, Section 39 of Motor Vehicles Act 1988 it is arbitrary, illegal, violation of principles of natural Justice and Articles 14, 19, and 21 of the Constitution of India. Consequently, to issue direction to the Respondent no. 4 to 8 to allow registration of vehicles bearing Temporary Certificate of Registration bearing NO.T0625AP8836AR and No.T0625AP8824AR to issue Permanent Certificates of Registration to the JCBs. Consequently, to issue direction to the Respondent no.4 to 8 to allow registration of vehicles bearing Temporary Certificate of Registration bearing No.T0625AP8836AR and No.T0625AP8824AR to issue Permanent Certificates of Registration to the JCBs and pass such other orders….." 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Transport Department filed written instructions addressed by the Deputy Transport Commissioner, Prakasam District, Ongole. The said written instructions indicates that the petitioner’s application is under process since 25.06.2025 and waiting for permanent registration number and the permanent registration number will be generated within short period. The said written instructions shall be part of the record. 4 3. In view of the said written instructions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent-authorities to give permanent registration number, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
