The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: "i. Issue a Writ of mandamus/direction or Order of similar nature, directing the respondents to consider Petitioner at representation dated 7-1-2026 Annexures F and direct the respondents to remove/demolish the illegal Construction put by the 8th Respondent taking into consideration of Annexure-A. ii. To take appropriate action against the respondents 2 to 7 as per the provisions of the Greater Bangalore Governance Act, 2024 or the Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike Act 2020. iii. To grant any other relief/s as deems fit to grant under the circumstances of the case by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice and equity." 2. The contention of the petitioner is that respondent No.8 is carrying out illegal construction. It is submitted that the petitioner is not a neighbour but resides in the neighbourhood.
