By way of this application, a prayer has been made to permit the petitioner to carry out correction in the memo of parties, in terms whereof the name of the father of the petitioner is wrongly mentioned as “Jagdish Chand” instead of “Bichiter Singh”. In view of the prayer made in the application, the same is allowed. The amended memo of parties, in which the correct name of the father of the petitioner is mentioned, is ordered to be taken on record. The application stands disposed of.
