Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, according to the information available to him, the police have also proposed a closure report, and the same has been filed before the Trial Court.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits that, as per report dated 02.06.2025 submitted by Police Station Jyoti Nagar, Jaipur (South), a closure report was filed on 09.02.2015; however, the learned ACJM No. 8, Jaipur Metro, Jaipur reopened the final report (FR) upon the protest petition filed by the complainant.

3. After taking the report submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor on record, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the miscellaneous petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., with liberty to take appropriate steps, if required, on basis of subsequent proceedings.
4. Accordingly, with the aforesaid liberty, the miscellaneous petition stands disposed as withdrawn.
5. The interim order, if any, also stands vacated.
