Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record. 2. This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court concerned for early disposal of Special Complaint Case No. 60 of 2024 (Smt. Sushila Devi Vs. Ravi and others), under Sections- 323, 504 I.P.C. and 3(1) Da, 3(1) Dha, 3(1)(V) SC/ST Act, Police Station- Sureer, District- Mathura, pending before the court of Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Mathura. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that vide order dated 19.03.2024, the learned court concerned treated the matter as a complaint case and upon recording the statements, summoned O.P. Nos. 2 to 4 vide order dated 30.10.2025. From the order sheets, it is evident that the applicant had filed the complaint in the year 2023; however, after a lapse of more than two years the learned court concerned has only summoned the accused/O.P. Nos. 2 to 4. The proceedings in the case are still pending and considerable time has already elapsed. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law and procedure, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
