Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record. 2. This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court concerned for early decision of Criminal Case No. 1333/2024 (State Vs. Umesh Chandra and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 0051/2023, under Sections- 420, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Soraon, District- Kasganj, pending before the CJM, District Kasganj. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial has pending since 2024 and the charges have also been framed against the opposite party on 05.01.2026. The applicant is 68 years old person and it is difficult to him to pursue the case regularly. It is next submitted that considerable time has already been lapsed but nothing has been done. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
