Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that this revisional application has been wrongly filed against the judgment and order dated June 13, 2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Katwa, Purba Bardhaman in Misc (P) Case No. 01 of 2012. 2. Mr. Goutam Kr. Hazra, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that as the order is appealable in nature and, therefore, he seeks to withdraw the revisional application and file appeal. 3. As prayed for, this revisional application being C.O. 1078 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn. 4. The petitioner shall be at liberty to take back the certified copy of the order dated June 13, 2025 upon furnishing a photostat copy thereof duly countersigned by the learned advocate on record for the petitioner. 5.
