Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner pursuant to the order dated 26.09.2025 was promoted from the post of Teacher to the BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Digitally signed by BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN 2 Post of Lecturer and was posted at Government Higher Secondary School, Banhar, District – Raigarh, however, when petitioner went to join his promoted place of posting, her joining was not accepted on the ground that vacant post is not available. Petitioner intimated this fact to the District Education Officer upon which District Education Officer, Ragiarh wrote letter to respondent No.2 on 06.10.2025 intimating this fact and also vide subsequent letter had informed respondent No.2 that post of Lecturer (Biology) is vacant at Government Higher Secondary School, Gopalpur, District Korba, however, till date no fresh posting order has been issued in favour of petitioner and petitioner was forced to work as teacher even after her promotion. 2. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has already submitted representation before respondent No.2, which is pending consideration, therefore, it will be considered in accordance with law expeditiously., 3. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for respective parties, nature of grievance raised, this petition is disposed of at this stage, directing respondent No.2 to take decision on the pending representation dated 07.10.2025 considering letter written by District Education Officer, Raigarh and District Education Officer, Korba, expeditiously preferably within further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
