Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent-State on written instructions submits that the police referred the FIR in Crime No.318 of 2025, of Sattenapalli Town Police Station, Palnadu District as “Action Dropped” vide C.No.92/Refer/SDPO-SPL/2026 dated 28.02.2026 issued by the concerned authority. 3. Copy of proceedings vide C.No.92/Refer/SDPO-SPL/2026 dated 28.02.2026 issued by the concerned authority is made part of the record. 4.
